The front part is sheet-feeding and varnishing area composed of three rollers: sheet-support roller, varnishing roller, and quantity-adjust roller. The latter part is UV curing and drying area composed of a 2KW ultraviolet tube. After varnishing, the photos will be delivered by the transferring part, and will be cured and dried as soon as lighted by UV lights. There's thin film of oil over the varnishing photos, so it's water-proof, ultraviolet-proof, wearable, bright, and never change color. This machine is the only choice to replace film covering.

1.2.2 Temp. controller installed In the infrared room, so it will be powered off if the temp. is too high. UV room exhausts thermal forcefully with high speed, extend tube service life, protect printed products from deformation after heating.

1.2.5 Varnishing and curing parts use speed-regulating DC motor, start and running smoothly, can be adjusted and stop separately. Also the motor in varnishing part adds backward function, improve operations. Notice: When reversal, do loosen up film scraper.
